Semi-Final Placings All Decided

In additon to the reports from Sunday, on Saturday the Galway hurlers defeated Cork by five points, while the Wolfe Tones just made it by Kerry by a point.  The results on Sunday fell into place whereby no mid-week playoff would be necessary.  The key result being the defeat of Armagh-Notre Dame by Shannon Blues.

So, in senior competition next weeks football semi-finals are McAnespies v Christopher's (repeat of last year's semi) and Wolfe Tones v Donegal.  In senior hurling, Galway and Wexford meet, and the winners will play Tipperary in the final the following week.  Final tables and full semi-finals schedule tomorrow - I'm tired and need to go to bed.

Thanks Mike. Yeah, lots of games to cover and that is just senior competition, never mind getting into the juniors! Hoping to attract some more advertisers for next season, getting 2000 plus hits/week.
