Still Plenty to Decide in Senior Football

So, here's how it all shook out at the weekend.

Saturday:  Galway beat Cork by a goal.

Sunday:  McAnespies beat Connemara Gaels by two points, and Shannon Blues beat Kerry.

Galway win the fifth playoff spot with eight points.

Gaels, Kerry, and Macs are tied for the sixth playoff place, each with seven points.

Following a draw to decide who makes it to the quarter final, Macs and Kerry play Tuesday night.  The winners of the game will meet the Gaels Thursday night.  The winners of that game will play Wolfe Tones on Sunday at 5:00 in a quarter final.

The other quarter final is between Christopher's and Galway at 2:30 next Sunday.

Shannon Blues topped the table and will play the winners of the Tones v Kerry/Macs/Gaels in one semi-final.

Donegal will meet the winners of Galway and Christopher's in the other.

Match Reports from the weekend coming shortly.
